LEVE  aims to strengthen the University of Oslo’s regional and interdisciplinary expertise in defined core areas linked to health and livelihoods in developing countries. LEVE focuses on the dynamic between livelihoods and environmental change, specifically the challenges resulting from climate change, increased migration, urbanisation, and changes to global governance, and their effect on patterns of poverty, health and illness.
