Brown-bag seminar with Manuel Sutherland. Sutherland is a Venezuelan economist and director of CIFO (Center for labor research and training). He is also associated with the human rights think-tank PROVEA and the Universidad Catolica Andrés Bello. He has written extensively about the Venezuelan economy, sanctions, inflation and wage formation. In this seminar he will critically examine the recent evolution of the Venezuelan economy and how it will influence the upcoming presidential elections and the human rights situation.
